In 1898, the Philippine Navy was founded. Its first headquarters was located in Andrada, Manila, named after the Navy's commanding officer, Jose Andrada. This beautiful sheening ink, with specks of red, highlights the vastness of the ocean that surrounds much of the Philippine Islands.

This ink has a dark forest green base with a subtle red sheen, echoing the murky green depths of the sea.
