Vinta Inks - Original - Cosmic Blue (Kosmos 1955) - 30 mL
In 1865, Jesuit Padre Faura established the Observatorio Meteorológico de Manila to study the Philippine climate and predict the paths of typhoons. This beautiful shimmering ink evokes the image of stars glimmering against the backdrop of the Philippine sky.
This ink is a soft cobalt blue with a fine sweep of copper shimmer.
