Vinta Inks - Heritage - Ochre (Fortaleza 1797) - 30 mL
Ochre is the first color that comes to mind when describing Miag-ao Church in Iloilo. Its unique façade is due to the combination of materials—including eggs and limestone—used in its construction in 1797.
Apart from being a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is also known as a fortress church. Built on the highest vantage point to guard against invaders, its thick walls were specially constructed to protect the town of Miagao from frequent Moro raids during that time.
This ink is an enduring and solid shade of ochre brown, with tinges of yellow and orange.
