In Tagalog mythology, Tala is the goddess of the stars and one of the greatest deities of the Sky World, alongside her sister Hanan, the goddess of dawn. The year 1980 also marks the discovery of a minor planet later named after two Filipino astronomers, the first time the Philippines received such an honor.

This ink has a cobalt blue base with a fine curtain of coppery rose shimmer.
