Palisades Tanto XL Collection Fountain Pen - Autumn Kohaku - Limited Edition

The Palisades Tanto XL - Autumn Kohaku is part of a limited-edition fountain pen collection inspired by the classic Japanese tanto, a traditional short blade historically carried by samurai. Interpreting the tanto’s sweeping silhouette into an elegant fountain pen design, each piece is fitted with a premium Japanese 18-karat gold nib and features a comfortable grip, which is hand-finished using urushi lacquer, inlay, and traditional maki-e techniques. Each pen includes an acrylic stand for you to display as if it were a tanto.

Autumn Kohaku combines a deep black urushi finish with red and orange gold foil inlay, concentrated at both ends ends with smaller accents scattered across the body. Limited to just 88 pieces, the glimmering inlay is reminiscent of the beautiful falling leaves as they shift in color with the changing season.
