Hobonichi Order FAQs

Hobonichi orders will begin August 31st at 10pm ET. If you have a question about your order, you can always send us an email at support@currenthomeny.mom but due to the release, we may take a little longer to reply to you. Here are some Hobonichi Order FAQs:

Q: Help! I made a mistake on my order!

A: The best thing to do is to place another order with the correct items while they are in stock. Then send us an email to cancel the incorrect order entirely with a reference to order numbers. It may take us a little longer to confirm cancellation but rest assured, we will be able to help.

Q: Will my Hobonichi order come with any freebies (Jetstream pen, mini acorn charm, stickers?)

A: If you placed your order through Yoseka, your order will come with a Hobonichi Life Grows sticker (pictured above, bottom left) as well as a Yoseka planner season sticker. Sticker supplies are limited.

Q: Will Yoseka have the One Piece collection?

A: Yes, the One Piece collection items release later in October.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Your order will ship as soon as possible. Our team will begin working on orders immediately and we expect orders to begin shipping out on Tuesday, September 1. Due to the large amount of orders we receive during the launch, it takes our team a little longer than usual to work through orders received. Orders will be sent out in the order in which we receive them.

Q: If I order for local pickup, when will be my order be ready? 

A: It's best to wait for the "Ready to Pickup" notification before heading to our shop to pick up your order, but we hope to have local pickup orders ready within one week. Orders will be worked on in the order in which we receive them and earlier orders placed immediately at the launch time may be prepared before orders we receive later.

Q: Can I shop in person for the planners on September 1? 

A: Yes. We will have our Late Night Launch Party on August 31 from 10pm to 2am at Yoseka Land. And from September 1 to 6, we will have a Hobonichi Pop Up at Yoseka Land. Yoseka Land is Yoseka's event space, located directly across the street from our store.

Q: Will there be a restock?

A: We usually order a restock around mid-September to October. Planner books will almost always come back in stock but for non plain colored covers, we recommend getting your order in while you can since the popular covers may be difficult to restock.

If the cover you wanted is sold out, sign up for the restock notification as there frequently are order cancellations after the release.
